4 lane timing capability

SRM v1.04 released

- interface improvement: some options in the program weren't that obvious to find,
- import lap times from TrakMate timing software,
- import lap times from SplitSecond timing software,
- carscreen changed: now toggle through cardata, tracktimes and carhistory,
- introduced car datafield "motor description"
(I need input here: what do you want to store on your cars?),
- longer carcode field (8 characters instead of 5),
- possibility to edit carcodes and drivercodes without messing up the connected data,
- easier screentoggling in "Track & Time",
- Track & Time: when entering a time without initials the trackowner is filled in here,
